White Rabbit Brewing Co. is a newly opened brewery, based in Melbourne’s north. It is the brainchild of brewer Tarek Ammar and chef Michel Yazbeck. The founders came from an investment banking background till they decided to focus on their one true passion, beer. They have been keeping this passion for years as they first hand watched how beer has connected people from different backgrounds.
The name White Rabbit itself was chosen as it symbolizes new beginnings and good luck, reflecting the founders’ start of a new adventure in life.
The business will have conventional values/heritage presented in a more young and contemporary identity to portray the freshness of the new start.
